1. “TCG” includes the following investment advisers: (A) AFC Management, LLC, SRT Group LLC, Sunrise Manager LLC, TCG Strategic Income Advisor LLC, each a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”), (B) AFC Institutional Fund Manager, LLC, an exempt reporting adviser under the Advisers Act, and (C) 620 Asset Management LLC, an investment adviser that manages a single family office’s assets and operates under a family office exemption under the Advisers Act. While TCG is affiliated with a number of investment advisers, TCG is not, and does not purport to be, an investment adviser or to manage assets. 620 Asset Management LLC operates under a family office exemption and is not engaged in, and does not plan to engage in, any investing activity other than managing capital of family clients. 2. Where “assets under management” or “AUM” is used in this presentation, it refers to (i) the aggregate amount of assets managed by TCG Entities, and (ii) the amount of assets available under a committed credit line, subject to lender participation and available borrowing base collateral, to a fund externally-managed by the TCG Entities.
